2.2.0pre7: success (sb with bttv 848 works again)

2.2.0pre7 fixes my sound problems with the bttv 848 card. They had been
creeping around since 2.1.131 for me (though i didnt try all pre kernels)
My earlier symptoms were that I could play mp3's but have no sound with xawtv.
