I have some questions:

1 - Which is the right kernel interface to use for 64 bit PCI and how must
I use it for accessing the address registers of this PCI device.
2 - How much ready for 64 bit bit devices is Linux ?

It's not going to work, I know for one thing that on the Alpha port
for one. Another can of worms is whether PC bios's setup the 64-bit
registers properly.

Take a look at the PCI bios fixup code for Alpha, and where they
detect 64-bit PCI base address registers which need assignment, they
just ignore them completely last time I checked.
