Hello all,

There is a strange problem, when I try to compile C
programs having pointers and user defined functions.I have taken care to
allocate memory to the pointers and I have seen that no pointer is
pointing to stray locations. But the programs break when they find a user
defined function calls. They run fine when I use built in functions.

What could be the problem.I use RH5.0 and gcc-2.7.2.Is
this a bug in gcc or the system itself.
Please help me.
supreeth.
