Unix98 PTYs

So with all this confusion over the new PTY system, does anyone have a
telnet daemon that will use them? My telnet daemon (from
netkit-telnet-0.12) is hacked to forcibly use ttypXX... (if it was
mentioned earlier, I apologize for having missed it.)
