If aic7xxx module fails to initialize for some reason (for example,
inserting, removing, and re-inserting aic7xxx module seems to do it every
time for me), the scsi_mod use count goes up by 1, and is never
decremented. You can do this forever and run the use count up into the
hundreds. Needless to say, this makes it impossible to unload scsi_mod.
