There is a buffer/stack overrun somewhere in klogd 1.3-3 which
overwrites variable kmsg (holds the fd for /proc/kmsg). Once that
happens, klogd loops with the above message. Only saw it once and was
too busy at the time to track down the real cause, rebooting fixed it.
