The driver is for the B cards, not the EEPro 100A nor the EEPro 10, and
is named 'Intel EtherExpress Pro 100B driver'.

Quote from Donald Becker's 'Linux and the Intel EtherExpress Pro 100'
page, available at: http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/drivers/eepro100.html

: This driver will not work with the older 100A cards using the i82556
: chip, nor will it work with the 10mpbs EtherExpress Pro cards. It may
: work with the 10mbps Pro-Plus boards if they use the i82557 chip.
: (Please send me a report if it does.)
