enable_device - done except for a few isolated cases. Other fbdev
hackers think enable_device in fbdev is ok so I'll merge that soon.

new resources - unknown. needs to be a separate list item.

My apologies if data for this has been posted... I've seen requests for
data on this problem from Andy Henroid, as well as posting my own
requests. If the people with the problems don't appear, maybe this
should go onto the unconfirmed list.

I have updated this to the new PCI API.

I claim this one. I updated it to the new PCI API, and have a tester
(Chmouel) so I can make it SMP safe at the same time.

If I can find testers I can help w/ this. I have PCI changes to this
driver locally too, never merged b/c of the driver author's request to
wait for new 2.2.x version.

I'm working on aspects of this but very slowly. Need multiple people on
this if possible. I'm working through MOD_xxx races first. Then open,
write, ... IMHO too much to review before 2.4

checked and fixed as of 2.3.99-preXX

It seems like any driver which doesn't support PM, and undergoes
suspend, might return to the working world malfunctioning, or simply not
at all
