Finish the cleanup of the fbdev layer. Move all the console code dependent
stuff to fbcon.c thus making drivers simpler and cleaner.

Make the console system really mulithead.

Vojtech Input suite.

The console system and fbdev. Migrate of current input devices to new
input api. Possible replace the filename cache with a B+ tree algorthim.

I know the fbdev structure will probable change to support things like
cards with multiple frame buffers on a single card.

We need docs now! Unfortunely few docs exist and most of us hate writing
docs. I know I do.

Q: Why did they deprecate a.out support in linux?
A: Because a nasty coff is bad for your elf.
