Patch: linux-2.3.27/net/sunrpc/sysctl.c did not link as a versioned module

This is yet another case of a module including <linux/module.h>
without definining __NO_VERSION__ in two or more .c files in the same
module, causing the module to fail to link. I have attached the patch
for the one line change below.
