[PATCH] Fixes in masq mfw and portfw modules (thanks to slab poisoning)

In 2.2.10-ac10 deleting a host using 'ipmasqadm mfw -D ...' or
'ipmasqadm portfw -d ...' results in Oops.

Above is patch against 2.2.10-ac10 which fixes errors in
mfw_delhost() and ip_portfw_del().

These changes are required for any 2.2.* and 2.3.* !
