2.2.10 UP oops

Linux 2.2.10 UP server after 5 days : zombie state process (according
/proc/<pid>/status it stucked on disk wait, DW state), with load avg
2.3 with almost 100% idle. Then after 12 hours :

Interesting that almost every opps I get with 2.2.x kernels reported
in process netscape ... (ok this one below is qmail related :)
And some killing interrupt handler message :-(
