[PATCH] devfs v100 available

Hi, all. Version 100 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.3.1. Highlights of this release:

- Ported to kernel 2.3.1-pre5

- Added "oops-on-panic" boot option

- Improved debugging in <devfs_register> and <devfs_unregister>

- Register entry in <sr_detect>

- Unregister entry in <sr_detach>

- Register entry in <sg_detect>

- Unregister entry in <sg_detach>

- Added support for ALSA drivers
