A little more info on this. It may be happening if the insmod is trying to
load the modules when rmmod -a is trying to remove it. I am using kmow and
have a cron job set to rmmod -a every 5minutes. I'm testing a SANE scanner
application is it is very likely that when this oops is occurring I'm trying
to start scsi support (I compiled all of SCSI as a module and by Hard Drive
is UDMA).

BTW is there a logic reason why people don't check the return value of
scsi_init_malloc or scsi_register to see if they failed?
