VFAT rename patch for pre9

Renaming files or directories in VFAT is only partly fixed in
2.2.0-pre9 (AKA final). The oops is gone, but renaming is still not
possible. This patch seems to fix it - but it is probably better to
wait from stuff from the guys who know the code.
