I have a miro pctv and tried it under pre8, but it didnīt work with
xawtv 2.33.
My kernel says :

When I try to start xawtv, I get:

canīt open /dev/video: Operation not supported by device
...
no video grabber device available
My patch-kernel said the bttv.c-update failed, so I did it myself, but
this is o.k.
