2.2pre7: EXTRAVERSION and genksym's "-k"

Hello masters of the source,

if EXTRAVERSION is goinf to stay in Makefile, it should be included
in genksym's "-k" option. Currently "genksym -k 2.2.0" is used,
effectively making all 2.2pre* versions equivalent. I doubt whether
that is really the case...
