The author of that article has been a great annoyance to Microsoft. He
does for NT what the "Undocument DOS" and "Undocumented Windows" people
did for DOS and Windows: discovers via disassembly and monitoring things
Microsoft doesn't want you to know about NT and publishes them. It is
extremely unlikely he would be writing a Linux FUD piece for Microsoft.

People who don't use a given system often have peculiar notions about
it (e.g., I've seen top Linux developers say silly things about NT).
