I have the same problem.

It's a bit more complicated here as I auto mount /mnt/rcd from my
main box via NFS on the second box, which in turn automounts the
CD on that box.

What I get is a kernel panic with a NULL pointer dereference, always
at a different address (somewhere in the normal kernel space, not in
a module) and always an address within dump_thread() somewhere in the
callback trace.

Happens on every kernel from at least 2.1.125 up to 2.1.127. After
the register dump the kernel halts with an "In swapper task - not syncing"
error, hence no syslog entry, thus no ksymoops output available.

Anyone any idea? hpa?
