i've made some changes to the hfs fs code that i would like to get
people to test. you can get it at
<ftp://ftp.u.washington.edu/public/asun/hfs_fs-2.1.125.diff.gz>. it's
a diff off of 2.1.125, but i think it should also apply to
2.1.126. there are a couple informational printk's still in there, but
they should be harmless.
anyways, this patch will hopefully fix the following problems:
1) directory counts getting screwed up
2) Oops on attempts to mount bad hfs volumes
3) Oops with a stressed out dcache
i've used netatalk's afpd and massive create/delete scripts to test
it, but you can never be too sure.
