I agree that the problem here is conflicts between large egos, but to
reduce it to one ego with a problem is to miss the point
altogether. Your ego is just as large as Linus'; so is David
Miller's. One could certainly go on to compose a list, but that would
be missing the point. There's plenty of blame to go around. If
everyone would get their pride, stubbornness, and hurt feelings in
line, the whole community could get back to work.
