This is a normal consequence of updating include/linux only, while retaining a
severely outdated drivers/video.

Please use the CVS repository on vger.rutgers.edu
(ftp://vger.rutgers.edu/pub/linux/README.CVS) if you intend to compile kernels
with support for frame buffer devices.
