If this is io-apic related... I will append the boot messages from
2.1.109 and 2.1.117. Maybe someone can see, what is wrong. One strange
thing is that immediatly after 'enabling (??)' irq 19 I get an 'unknown
interrupt' (an interrupt with no interrupt handler attached to).

2.1.109:
