If not, I'll bet it isn't hard to locate the source file that
places these values here, and determine what they are for. Then
it would be easy to write a program to display the stuff.

That would be cool, getting an email message from your hard disk
saying:

From: Quantum Fireball SE <dev-hda@localhost>
Subject: I've fallen and I can't get up.

Hi there, this is your hard disk, and I'm falling apart! Replace
me soon or you will lose out bigtime.
