Tygrys,
The halt syscall in 2.0 also does APM poweroff. In 2.1, poweroff is a separate
syscall, and you need sysvinit 2.72 or above for it to work. The way to activate
it is to add "-p" to the last call to halt in your shutdown script (usually
/etc/rc.d/rc.0). Hope that helped.
