core dumps when uid has been changed since exec

Can anyone point me at the code which checks and then refuses to dump
core when the uid has changed since the last time execve was called?

I had a look for this, but can't find it anywhere. It doesn't look
like its in the binary modules (where it doesn't belong) and the only
other candidate I can find in arch/blah/kernel/signal.c but doesn't
appear to be there either.
