There's a minor problem in 2.1.114 with the peer bridge code if
CONFIG_PCI_DIRECT isn't set. In pcibios_fixup_peer_bridges() there's a
reference to &pci_direct_conf2, but this is only defined when PCI_DIRECT is
enabled.
