LM78, LM75 & SMBus support

A few of us have put our efforts together to write code for a kernel
module which supplies a '/proc/sensors' file for reading temperatures, fan
speeds, voltages, etc. in computers equiped with the LM78 health
monitoring chip as well as the optional temperature sensors (LM75) on the
SMBus.

I've been using the code for a few weeks now on a heavily used machine
(2.0.34) with no ill effects.
