It would be a REALLY Awesome effect to pan one VC to another when changing
them.. :)
Many modern videocards have 8megs of ram (in the US you can get some 8meg
cards for like $60), so you could have several high res consoles in ram at
a time. (All you'd need is two to impliment the panning)..
I can just see myself panning between my console log on vt1 and my
xserver.. :)
