Please dont apply that one. It puts back the init_ctrl_blk bug that 2.0.34
fixed. Please look at 2.3.5, and look at the ppp diff in 2.0.34 apply
one to the other and use the result otherwise you will get occasional
lockups especially on big ppp servers
