Looking for PPP dialup or UUCP feed in Bad Kreuznach(sp?), Germany

Hi all,
This one's off-topic, but I know that there are lots of linux folks
in Germany. My brother is stationed in Bad Kreuznach(sp?), Germany with the
US Army, and is looking to get some sort of connectivity or for PPP or even
just a UUCP feed for email. I built him a 486 Linux box while he was
visiting me in Silicon Valley, and now that he's there, he'd like to get it
re-connected.

If anyone knows of local dialups in that area (more local than
dialing me in California, for example... ;^) ) or can offer a UUCP feed,
please contact me with details, and I'll put you in touch with him.

Please reply directly to me. I've stuck a Reply-to: header on here,
but I'm not sure if the list will trim it or not.
