This is right but since 2.1.1 is still there we must say that it's obsoleted.
Since if this will not be said in the START of file when 2.2 will be out a lot
of customers will download 2.1.1 and we'll got bunch of questions in
linux-kernel list: "I am tries to install ncpfs 2.1.1 and it's does not work!"
Something like:

- Ncpfs 2.0.12 (2.1.1 obsoleted); ncpmount -v

P.S. Even if 2.1.1 will be removed from ftp.gwdg.de problem will not be solved
since someone could find 2.1.1 on CD, etc...
