Looking for patch to 2.1.98 for SMP Floppy boot hang

I've checked the archives on linuxhq and just can't seem to find where the
patch to the 2.1.98 patch is located. This is the problem where SMP SCSI
systems with IDE floppys simply stop booting once the floppy is searched
for/detected.
