What's best kernel 2.0.X or 2.1.X

may sound stupid but can someone tell the differences in 2.0.X and 2.1.X
wich one is it better to run and why..

i've seen lot's of people telling they upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 kernels and
just wonduring why..
