Nobody wants `Linux x.y.z patched with patch foo found at url-1 and patch
bar found at url-2'. Such a description in itself is too unstable.
If you claim that a certain version of 2.0.* is the most stable Linux
kernel around, package it up as linux-2.0.29A.tar.gz and advertize it
as the most stable kernel around. Hundreds of people will use it and
be happy (hopefully).
