AWE64 and IBM auto 16/4 token ring

Is there anybody out there that uses the following hardware?

AWE 64 sound board
IBM auto 16/4 ISA token ring adapter

I am getting some strange errors from the adapter and I think they are
related to a conflict with the sound board (however, all IRQ's are correct
with no conflicts)
