kernel doesn't boot on a TX motherboard

Hello, I'm sorry to bother you, but I already tried all I could think of
with no result.
I have a brand new Triton II TX motherboard and linux doesn't want to
boot on it, it starts booting,
recognizes the PCI chipsets, calculates the delay loops, starts the
kernel threads (kswapd and bdflus)
checks the parallel, checks the serials and reboots.
I tried with 2.0.27, 2.0.30 and 2.1.56 (which explicitly says it
supports TX chipset), same result.
I tried with different processors (P133, P150 and K6/233).
Of course I'm not asking you to fix this problem, even if you had time
to do this I am not able to give you enough informations on the problem
itself.
I just want to ask if there is a kernel debugger I can get somewhere
which would allow me to track the boot
and see exactly where is the problem.
I have the feeling it's in kswapd, but I can't trace it so I can't be
sure.
I'm in contact with the board maker, but again, if I can't find out
where exactly is the problem they can't
help me much.
So, if you can just tell me where I can get a kernel debugger, or
suggest me a way to track the error down
maybe you will save me from having to buy another motherboard.

Thanks a lot in advance
