I assume that
-vjcomp
will do this. I believe I tried this with 2.0.27 with no effect.
I'll try it for a while in 2.0.31pre6 and see if it helps.

I didn't explicitly install those, but I did install all of the solaris
recomended patches about a month ago. I assume the tcp performance patches
are included in those.
