Wow, where do I get those 1600mhz chips? ;-)
I think it is probably due to a memory error being detected and your
system board is letting you know thru the NMI. If you check your memory,
it may uncover a bad SIMM, or, if worse comes to worse, disable parity
checking.
I doubt it is a K5 problem.. those 166 chips are screamers in my book.
I built a 'budget' system for my cousin for college and my uncle was
upset since his son's budget system blew the pants off of his own system.
