Oops. Maybe you were thinking of NT, which only runs on Intel x86 and DEC
Alpha (MIPS and PowerPC NT ports have been cancelled).

is correct. NT can be *installed* on Intel x86 and DEC Alpha machines. Being and administrator of 20+ mixed Intel/Alpha NT servers, 100+ NT workstations and 300+ WfWG machines, I have to say that claiming that NT runs is like saying Lichtenstein is a big country. If you want a few dozen KB, I can provide the details.
