Actually, minor 8 is not yet published, but has been allocated by me.
There tends to be a lag between when numbers are assigned and the list
is published, mostly due to me having to fish more information from
driver authors in order to write the description, or sometimes because
I want to advice them on the fact that their proposed naming scheme is
incompatible with Linux convention. Anyway, 142 is yours, officially.
