ide timeout

I hope this is ok to write about here. Please direct me otherwise for
future correspondence.

I am receiving hda timeouts on a newly installed/configured PC:

Feb 24 02:49:53 cdrom kernel: hda: irq timeout: status=0x58 { DriveReady
SeekComplete DataRequest }
Feb 24 02:50:03 cdrom kernel: ide0: reset: success
Feb 24 02:50:03 cdrom kernel: hda: irq timeout: status=0x58 { DriveReady

It doesn't look healthy, and wondered if anyone had any suggestions on
what to do at this point. It seems to happen all the time, even during
light-activity.
