A Problem with "setleds"

Hi!

I'm very new with linux, and my English is pretty bad... Sorry!

I discoverd a problem with the program "setleds":

When I use

setleds -L +num -caps -scroll < /dev/tty1
setleds -L -num +caps -scroll < /dev/tty2
setleds -L -num -caps +scroll < /dev/tty3

then the leds are lit as follows:

/dev/tty1: +scroll
/dev/tty2: +scroll
/dev/tty3: +scroll
all other ttys: the VT-Flags are displayed.

When I then use

setleds -L +num +caps +scroll < /dev/tty4

then the all leds are lit on /dev/tty1 to /dev/tty4, the other ttys are
still showing the VT-Flags.

In the documentation it is not clear if with "-L" the leds are still
specific for each VT but this behavior seems not to be correct.

I'm not reading this group, so please send replies also to me address.

Thanx,

-Michael
