The symlink patch in 2.1.22 is wrong, if you read closely
you will notice the return value is not correct (well, atleast
different from .21) in .22 in some cases. This will make some programs
(cpio) atleast unhappy. For example makeing a link slogin->ssh, saveing
and restoring with cpio, gives slogin->ss .
This bug is verified on both x86 and alpha.
