SMP test kernel patch available on vger

(I am posting this because I have a few weird reports, "oh I missed
that patch, where is it, I thought you meant this other patch you
posted" etc. and some people asked me where it all was to begin
with, so here you are ;-)

It is still 2.1.21 based, but I have uploaded the patch next to the
base tarball I released a few days ago. It is all available at:

vger.rutgers.edu:/pub/linux/SMP/testing

linux-smp-970119.tar.gz
linux-smp-970123.diff.gz

Untar the first, apply the second, build it, boot it and tell me what
happens.
