I haven't had any problems with my Nx586 (Pf110), using
kernels compiled for the 386. There was an experimental
patch that turns out not to have been correct, but using
standard Linux kernel 2.0.17 source works just fine.

I'm not saying the Nx586 is the best option, or the best for
you, or the best for the money, or whatever, just that it
runs Linux satisfactorily.
