Pre-2.0.xx patches

Hi all,
sorry to bother you all with what's probably a silly question, but where
are the pre-2.0.xx patches that people are talking about all of a sudden?
I can't find them - are they a 'closed-shop' thing or am I looking on the
wrong site? I'm checking funet's v2.0 directory...

PS there may have been a post re this that I've missed - for some reason,
not all of the posts get to me (I often see replies to messages where I
haven't seen the original post) so my apologies if I'm asking a
question which has already been answered...
