Your option is written wrong ! Try "SoundBlaster" and not "Soundblaster" !

Maybe the driver is confused about the wrong option.

But the best way is configure your "/usr/src/linux/include/linux/sbpcd.h"
for your needs. It' quite simple. As you seems to have a real SoundBlaster
with exactly one CDROM connected, you've to use the following options in
"sbpcd.h"

#if !(SBPCD_ISSUE-1) /* first (or if you have only one) interface board: */
#define CDROM_PORT 0x230 /* <-----------<< port address */
#define SBPRO 1 /* <-----------<< interface type */
#define MAX_DRIVES 1 /* set to 1 if the card does not use "drive select" */
#define SOUND_BASE 0x220 /* <-----------<< sound address of this card or 0 */
#endif

But have a look at the documentation in sbpcd.h, it's more than complete
