broken netinet/ includes

Now I may just be a raving lunatic, but:

/usr/include/netinet/ip_tcp.h:
#include <netinet/ip_tcp.h>

There seems to be something very wrong with this... and basically every
file in the netinet/ directory. :) Just a heads up to kernel developers
before 2.0, since this will probably make a lot of network applications
un-compilable...
