Since TERM is now defined in the 1.3.x kernels to be linux you need
to add 'TERM linux' to /etc/DIR_COLORS where it says there should be a
TERM entry for each termtype that is colorizeable. One thing that is
noticeably different is when a floppy drive is mounted and you do a ls
to the directory it is mounted to without it being the CWD, the ouput
is no longer colorized.
